Quality of Service and safety is extremely important to everyone at Ann Inspired Care. The Directors of Ann Inspired Care implement a Quality Assurance Policy and continuously evaluate the service provided. This is done in order to continuously improve our services so that we continue to provide a service second to none. This is achieved by reviewing and updating our polices and through our monitoring and auditing, evaluating and implementing necessary changes by seeking and including the views of Clients, their families/friends and staff employed by Ann Inspired Care.

We believe that everyone is entitled to a high standard of service that meets their requirements in full and one that is safe and secure. Ann Inspired Care Ltd are required to comply fully with health and safety legislation to identify and minimise risks to people receiving care and their care workers.

Prior to employment, at least two written references are obtained from each applicants current/previous employers. All care workers are required to have a criminal record check through Disclosure Scotland prior to commencing any care work.  

All of our staff will undertake an initial induction programme that includes on the job training until competency is attained. This will ensure all staff perform and maintain the high standards expected of all employees of Ann Inspired Care.  

Training and staff development is continuous. We value our staff and recognise that they are integral to the quality and promotion of care provided to sustain the independence of the Clients within their own home.

Ann Inspired Care Ltd are registered with their statutory regulator, the Care Inspectorate who ensure that we meet a high standard of service in accordance with the National Care Standards and undergo regular inspection. We also have full series of policies and procedures that can be requested at any time.

Ann Inspired Care Ltd have effective procedures to respond to comments and complaints, so that in the unfortunate event of a problem arising, it is resolved as quickly as possible.
